Kingsmen is a men's formation app. We built it so that your life stays on your phone.

What stays on your phone

Everything you write and track: your Enlistment answers (covenant, people, mission, struggles), your daily standards and Crown scores, your journal, your orders and reminders, your achievements. This is stored only on your device, inside the app. If you delete the app or erase its data, it is gone. Use Export my data in Settings to keep a copy.

What the Kingsmen cloud holds

Only what the platoon needs: a random member ID generated by your phone (not your email or phone number), the first name you chose, your current Crown score, run, rank, kept-day count, whether you checked in today, your time zone and Daily Word time, your platoon code, messages you send to brothers, and, if you turn reminders on, a push-notification subscription. If you choose to share pillar detail with your platoon, today's six pillar percentages are included. Delete all of it any time with Delete my cloud record in Settings.

What your platoon sees

Your name, Crown score, run, rank, Crowns and today's check-in. Pillar detail only if you turn it on. Never your journal, your orders, or your covenants and struggles.

The Kingsmen Coach (optional)

If you turn the Coach on, when you ask it something your phone sends a short summary (your Enlistment basics, standards, scores and the last two weeks of pillar data, today's orders and Daily Word, and, only if you opt in, your last three journal entries and your private struggles) to Anthropic's Claude API through the Kingsmen account, so the answer fits your life. Kingsmen stores none of that content; we keep a per-day call count. Anthropic processes API data under its commercial terms and does not train on it. The Coach is off until you turn it on and can be turned off in Settings.

Reminders

Reminders are sent through your browser's or phone's push service to the subscription you created. We send the Daily Word title, the day's challenge, a Close-the-Day nudge, and encouragement from your platoon. Turn them off in Settings or in your phone's notification settings.

Reports and blocking

You can block any platoon member instantly and report content; reports are reviewed within 24 hours and may lead to removal from the platoon.

No ads, no selling

We do not sell or share your information with advertisers, and we do not track you across other apps or sites.
